Detlef Vollmann founded vollmann engineering gmbh in 1995 and as CEO and CTO he's the main know-how source of the company.

Detlef Vollmann studied Computer Sciences and Linguistics at the University of Stuttgart/Germany. Since 1990 he lives in Lucerne/Switzerland.
For vollmann engineering gmbh, he advises numerous Swiss companies on the design and implementation of object-oriented Systems and the respective development processes.
Detlef Vollmann supported the planning, design and realization of a broad range of software development projects from multi-host and multi-location financial applications to very small embedded systems.

Since 1991, Detlef Vollmann teaches courses about software development. He regularly presents (see tutorial and talks) at local and international conferences.
Since 1998, Detlef Vollmann publishes articles in international publications (see articles).

Detlef Vollmann serves as representative, delegate and member in several international computer and software organizations:
